Blue Potatoes

Have you ever heard of blue potatoes?  We found them at one of the local grocery stores right around Independence Day.  I was a little leery of trying them, but William wanted to see what they were like.  They're a lot like regular white potatoes, maybe just a little more starchy.  And when you peel them, they're actually more purple than blue.  I decided to cream them and all in all, they weren't so bad!
