Happy Birthday Andrew!

Our sweet baby boy turned 4 on May 19 - at 2:08 am to be exact. Since his party wasn't until the following Saturday, we celebrated at home and made the day (more like the week) all about Andrew.

Andrew's Papaw had been working on an extra special surprise for Andrew for several weeks and made a special delivery that afternoon. He and Neena dropped off a couple of gifts and Andrew's BIG surprise - a Thomas the Train of his very own!

I made Andrew a sad little cake (I'm not the biggest fan of my baking.) and we enjoyed cake and ice cream - Andrew's favorite. We had a couple of balloons and sang the birthday song more times that I can count and enjoyed the excitement in my sweet baby boy's eyes each time he was wished a happy birthday!
